Connection, Growth, Wellness and Doing Good is at the heart of the Gentle Dental Culture
Connection is at the heart of the Gentle Dental community because we love building genuine connections with patients. It is just as vital that the Gentle Dental team fosters that same strong level of connectedness internally with each other. We have daily huddles and enjoy lunches and social outings together.
Education is at the centre of the Gentle Dental philosophy, with the belief that with the right knowledge team members and patients are empowered to grow and thrive into the best versions of themselves. Because of this Gentle Dental encourages growth at every opportunity and holds monthly education sessions for the team.
Gentle Dental puts the wellbeing of its’ people first, understanding that high performance only comes when people feel their best. In order to help patients, obtain and maintain the greatest levels of health, we must ensure our own health comes first. To support team members with their own self care we do weekly meditation and yoga together.
At Gentle Dental, our goal is to not only help patients, but also to have a direct impact on the community and the environment. We are involved in the Rebuilding Smiles program and we strive to be the most sustainable dental practice in Australia.
